We will provide you with the size and type of cylinder suitable for the intended application, if you feel that we may have mis-calculated your consumption please feel free to drop us an email or call our Head Office.
Unfortunately, we can only exchange WARRIOR and Campingaz branded bottles so would be unable to offer a replacement cylinder, however you would be able to set up a new account with us and return your existing cylinder to your current provider.
Yes, we charge a fully refundable deposit for all cylinders, this is to discourage abandonment of our cylinders so we can refill & reuse them to keep our prices low.
In order to keep our prices low, we deliver to different areas on set days, when you sign up to WARRIOR Gas we will let you know what day we delivery in your area.
Due to the Health and Safety of our Staff we will only deliver 47kg Cylinders, all other sizes can be exchanged at any of our WARRIOR Stores.
When we take on new customers with access issues, we will carry out a survey to insure the safely of our staff, please can you let us know at the time of registering if you have any issues regarding access.
Stolen or damaged cylinders will need to be paid for by the home/business owner, the deposit is much less than the actual cost of the cylinder.
This is the net weight of the cylinder when it is empty, this allows us to fill the cylinder to the correct weight.
